I've been toying with the idea of adding M3/4 support to MESS for a while - just haven't got a lot of spare time and have plenty of other entries on my to-do list... but it sounds like this computer would best be implemented as an addition to the existing model 1 driver!?!
I'd certainly be interested in at least looking at what you've got - most specifically a ROM dump, memory map and disk image would be the most helpful for any sort of emulation. Of course, the memory map could be gleaned from the schematics but if you already have the map, it saves a bit of time!
