Axway Transfer CFT on Nonstop

One of my clients prefers to use the file transfer service product
made by Axway for transferring files between different platforms of
all types. The product works fine in a Uniz or Windows environment,
but there seem to be issues with record based file formats on z-OS and
Guardian.

Can anyone confirm they have an actually stable production environment
where they use this product?

Unfortunately the configuration side is controlled by my client's
system engineers and I therefore have very limited access to the
product itself. All I am confronted with is an abending file transfer
application, without any error log or event message.

I am really hoping someone can confirm that the product simply needs
to be properly installed/configured for reliable usage under Guardian.
