New Base24 System - How to proceed with Extract Process

Dear Friends,
Greetings.
I recently created a new Base24 system for our development group. As
everything new, I made few addition to the LCONF, ECF, PRDF screens
few settings. but then, still i am not able to proceed extracting PTLF
extract file.

When I get into the EXTR screen and press F2 for Extract and Press F3
for ReExtract the Extracted file is not exists in Spooler though I set
the output to Spooler, If anyone of you provide guidence/step by step
process to extract the data it would be great help.
