Obtaining timestamp of another timezone
Hello,
i want to obtain a timestamp of another timezone including daylight
saving time.
The Nonstop system is located in Europe (UTC +1).
The other timezone is in USA (UTC -6).
I understand that i can obtain the local time by JULIANTIMESTAMP and
then add the timezone difference.
But how do i account for the different dates and time of changing the
daylight saving time?
Is there a system call or algorithm to automatically obtain the local
timezone?
.
