Familiarity: Public access NSK?

Does anyone know if there's a [remote] public access NSK system for
people --- those interested in NSK, eager to learn more about it
and try it --- to log onto and familiarize themselves with NSK and
the NonStop platform in general?

Perhaps a bit like the "Deathrow" OpenVMS public access system:
