So do you still have the chance to scan the original manual?
I tried to rebuild a "book-like" version from your HTML pages, by removing all headers and footers, and working a lot with Adobe Acrobat Professional. Unfortunately, Acrobat changes the page layout for each chapter and doesn't keep a good general format for a book. It needs a good post-production work and I haven't the time (now) to do it.
