Do you work at a state or private clinic?
I'm guessing a state funded clinic would do all the ops that had an
important reason, while private clics would do the vanity
enlargements.

We run private lists at a weekend, there's no private surgical clinics
around here. Most of the private cases are things that people want done
*now* such as tumour reductions and gynaecological surgery. Speaking of
which, I might add that the biggest volume of cosmetic surgery that's done
at Scunthorpe is Vaginal Resculpting - a great deal of women don't like how
their twat looks... mind boggles, no?

We get through a couple of those a week - so in a few years we'll have
reshaped the private parts of most of the women in Lincolnshire :)
