Apparently the site was attacked, and has been offline since earlier
this year. The Internet Archive (www.archive.org) has archived some of
the content, but not the zip file you're looking for.

All I can suggest is a plea to anyone who may have downloaded or
archived it to send it on to you. The filename you're looking for is
uqlxmac.zip, but it doesn't seem to be hiding anywhere else on the net.
