flamingo and penguins?
London zoo?

There is a zoo about 50 km from here. They have a lot of exotic birds,
in particular flamingo who are kept loose (wing cut I presume) in the
ponds. But due to the slowly increasing bird flu, they are considering
to not let out the flamingo this year, and keep other birds indoors
so small birds in the wild can not reach them. It is quite sad, but
I see why they have to take precautions. They rather not vaccinate
the birds, as a bird could carry the disease without getting sick.
