SGI540, Windows 2000 server Install error --> No system partition found.

Have a problem with the quirky SGI 540,
Its got latest PROM 1.1005
When trying to Install Windows 2000 Server, after you create partitions
from the ARCBIOS nothing seams to have been created. Infact when you go
on to install Windows 2000 server it gives an error - no existing
System partition found ( this would be the ARCLoader 200MB partition
with boot files located in the folder \os\winnt40 or winnt50 generated
by PROM).
I have successfully installed W2K server on this machine before --> now
it just required a rebuild after is started Blue Screening on startup.
So when i go to the recovery console option for W2K booting off the CD,
and navigate to the 'system' partition drive (d:) there are no files
there (\os\winnt40 or winnt50).
Has anyone got a copy of these directories and files from the system
partition ?.
I thought i found something at:
http://www.leupen.com/~remko/sgi/FAQ.htm#10
but the link is broken to the ARCLoader Rescue Disk Maker is --> i have
contacted the webmaster but had no respose.
OH .. and i have tried with the 1.1004 PROM that comes with the SSK,
and it does the same thing when installing W2K server. --> so it must
not be the PROM being corrupted
Also tried 2 other hard disks, so it must not be a hard disk failure
Also strangely when the machine boots its always defaults back to 4
boot loader options --> 2 for NT4 and 2 for W2k. Even if you delete and
save, they still return --> even if you reflash the PROM they appear. I
can remember having that problem before.
Does anyone have a copy of the SGI 540 NT recovery disk that they could
post an ISO on the web somewhere ?
.... i have read installing that modified SGI version of NT4 first, then
upgrading to W2K server provides are more stable and robust system. The
machine use to freeze and lock up after a period of use for no reason
before --> another reason for the rebuild.
Any suggestions ? ... or files of use ?
