You need access to the old Diagnostics Library. It had a SCSI format
utility. In later version they removed the utility. The challenge is
to format the disk with 2080 byte sectors.
I'd guess about half the SCSI drives out there can be formatted that
way. Seagate and HP worked, IBM didn't as I recall.

Do you remember the name of the utility file or its ufd? What version
is old enough? I'd like to sift through some stuff to see if I have
it around.
