I have an E2. It is less than a year old. The charging cord that came

find a cradle kit asap. I have had my Palm charging for 2 days now and

the deal on this?
Easy/cheap stuff to try first. Put a volt meter on the charging plug.
Are you getting about 5-6 volts? If not, try cleaning the contacts
there with a clean pencil eraser. Don't have a volt meter? Perhaps a
friend does.
If you are getting voltage, are the plug contacts making a good
connection with the mating contacts of the PDA (maybe the plug got
stepped on and deformed a bit)?
If you are not getting voltage from the charger, then you *may* need to
purchase another. But Radio Shack may have something cheaper in the
5-6 volt range with about 1 amp delivery. You will have to solder on
the custom Palm connector. You could also jury rig 4 1.5 volt common
batteries in series with some tempoary wires and see if that gives your
TE2 any kind of charge. Observe polarity! If you are not comfortable
doing this sort of thing then don't. Perhaps you have a friend who is?
Good luck,
