Start at the two sites I already mentioned. If you're looking for both
a handsfree speakerphone and GPS, then I'd recommend something like one
of the Sedio cradles. I don't know that much about bluetooth, so I
don't know if the Treo can handle two BT connections at the same time,
but for simplicity's sake, get a cradle with a wired speakerphone and
then a BT GPS package, or Sedio makes a cradle with both a wired
speakerphone and a wired GPS.
