It launches Euphoric whith a pre-typed CLOAD"" on screen. It does this under DOS on the command line if you simply type Euphoric followed by a ..TAP file name.
What's funny is that according to the RAM pattern (which modifies the RAM state when booting), the Oric will think you have pressed a key, hence start many games that are waiting for a key press. Only the RAM pattern 2 doesn't have this "default".
