Strange ACL Permissions

I noticed something strange when I was trying to install a new iTunes
package on my Mac. When I pressed the install button. It momentarily
greyed out and then went back to blue.
I opened up the disk utility and tried to repair permissions. When I
do I see the below. But no permissions seem to get fixed. I run fix
permissions again and get the same errors below. I booted into single
user mode and fsck -fy the disk. It found no problems. Any idea what's
going on here and what the remedy is?
