Take a look at Pages which is part of the iWork '08 suite. It comes with 14
resume templates. The whole suite, wich also includes Keynote and Numbers,
sells for around $70.

iWork is a steal at that. And the resume templates are excellent.

What I found sadly lacking was a set of templates for standard labels.

That said, to the OP - if you don't have/want Pages, you can
finds lots of free templates via Google.

One particularly interesting option is that if you are open
to using Google Docs - Google's free word-processing (and
other) program through their web interface, Google has a
substantial collection of templates, resumes included,
which they will with one click pop open in their own
web-based word processor. Here:
