Can't speak for the OP but I for one have the WiFi in the cellar and the
MacPro in the home office. Which means that "direct WiFi" equivalents
to about 6 metre and 3 concrete floors and Wiki true the MacPro is just
0.6 metre with no obstacles at all.
Why I have not set it up myself I read the thread with great interest
because the finding just might come helpful one day.
