We are indeed fortunate that these Mac NGs use
written words, instead of ordinary speech audio.

BTW, here I use the 3743 pages of the British
"Oxford English" dictionary quite a bit.
Now people, to "test" yourselves to see if you can pronunce
words correctly when you meet your fellow Mac users at
Mac expos' and get-togethers, below is a trial sentence
to accomplish that test:
"The fancy falcon cast a dastardly pass after an unfastened ass with
asthma. By Bacchus, what a disastrous aftermath! Mere mastery of this
scanty example cannot mask your transatlantic, antipodean, or lower
class antecedents."
According to the people who portend to set pronunciation standards
for us "colonists", the people who write the Oxford Dictionary,
you should have no problems with pronunciation of the above test
sentence.
Ha! - what they *DONT* tell you is that only 20% of the British
people themselves do not pass that "test".
The correct pronunciation, as done "properly" by an upper crust
member of the British "ruling class" is near the bottom of
the article site at the beginning of this post.
