Re: Copy Mac OS X Leopard Install DVD?

I first tried using both Toast 9.02 and Disk Utility with Memorex DVD+R
DL blank disks, and got write media errors with both programs. This
even after lowering to the slowest speed.
I then got some Verbatim 8x DVD +R DL blanks disks, and was able to
copy the Leopard Install DVD by using Disk Utility to make a disk
image, then burning that disk image via Disk Utility. As before, I
slowed the SuperDrive down to its slowest speed, and thought I'd made
good copies.
Have you tried DVD-R media? It could also be that the drive needs
cleaning, except the computer is new...
