Leopard is universal; Apple has compiled two sets of binaries (one PPC,
one Intel) for Leopard. When you use a Leopard retail installer on a
computer, only one of those two sets of binaries is installed.
A PPC will not run Intel binary code, and vice versa. They each have
totally, radically different machine languages.
