i have done this. however, one oddity remains -- even tho my new,
replace account is an Admin, i dont have full rights over the old-
admin account's folders. they are locked, give me warnings, etc.
maybe this is windoze thinking, but if i am an Admin, shouldnt i have
full permission over everything?
