I'm guessing you're a MoveOn.org type.
I'm guessing that you're a Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Laura
Schlessinger, Michael Savage, Ann Coulter type.
And let's not forget the Malkin menace. I liken these people to
opportunistic infections and cancers. They will also latch onto and
feed on virtually anything just for the sake of greed and recognition.
Now, here's a few thoughts on Strat, Kerby and others like them. It's
sad really--- not just for them but, of course, for all the rest of us
who suffer the consequences of their stupidity, piggishness, and
incivility. Even a dog knows not to soil their own nest. But these
less than senseless organisms exist only in the current moment,
indulging, without regard for anyone else, in what brings them immediate
comfort. Where we see moderation and care, they see only corn cobs and
weevils.
And their personal comfort is so paramount that it enables them to view
the health, safety and welfare of others with disdain and a sense of
impunity. They live in a "I'll take mine before you can get yours" kind
of a world. But what enables them to do that is not an outcome of their
own intellect but, rather, society's failure to both properly educate
and to consequate such destructive, unreasonable behavior.
In far less prosperous, far less modern times, these are individuals who
would have been left behind rather than damage the well-being of the
social grouping. These are the scumbags who, accustomed to preying on
the good will and honor of others, could not have survived on their own.
These are the people who, upon polluting a neighbor's land and water or
otherwise prospering at the extreme expense of others, would have found
themselves at the receiving end of a well-aimed pitch fork or simply
left to starve in the wake of their own stupidity.
We cannot reason with sub-creatures anymore than we can reason with a
rock. But, in these more modern times, we can keep that rock from
falling on our houses.
One question...
Who the *** died and made you the king of the Newsgroup?
One observation:
I, or anyone else can state their feeling in an OT discussion like this. It
is bleeding heart limousine liberals and socialist shitheads like you that
get all bent out of shape when someone comes along that happens to cross you
ordained way of thinking. Grow the *** up.
It's almost like watching Old Faithful, Georgie. Type a few words,
press a little button, and watch sub-creatures like you explode into
paroxysms of hormone induced indignation and flying-spittle wrath. It's
just so road-rage-esque and quintessentially predicable.
Illustrating my points so exceedingly well, in your reptilian-brain,
choleric state, you pretend you can continue to act with impunity. You
think no one has the right to care or even remark about your lack of
social, even human, conscience. You beat your chest in that typical,
echolalic, groupthink manner, spouting all those tediously trite cliches
you were too intellectually inferior to invent.
Consider this a warning shot over your right-left obsessed, hate-
macerated brow, George--- a metaphorical pitch-fork if that imagery
works better for you. Your time, and the era of those like you, is as
over as the extinct Dodo bird. Many of us more conscientious humans
must now ensure a decent place for our children and grandchildren to
live and work. We will carry that out by thoughtful, scientific,
reasonable means and will listen to thoughtful, reasonable people.
Those like you who are too greedy, self-involved, visionless, and
irresponsible to support the necessity of this urgent agenda will either
get with a sensible, responsible agenda or will eventually go the way of
other, lesser life forms. Choose wisely.
What are you?
Either a masquerade, or about the mental equivalent of a pre-pubescent
sheltered immature brat. Go hide in the Hallowed Halls with your
pointy-headed Socialist Sociology PhDs.
This is the real world. Get used to it!
You have my permission to have the last word here, because I know you are
chomping at the bit for the retort. Go for it, child.
