What about an antivirus?

No known viruses in the wild for Mac OS X up to now.

should I install one or do u think it's not needed on a mac?

which one do u suggest?

If you want one all the same: ClamXav, free, http://clamxav.com/.

But first turn on your firewall, you get tried and tested Unix ipfw for
free (it is installed on your system already).
This is done in System Preferences>Sharing>Firewall.

BTW: You'll find much information by using built-in Help. This is
actually helpful, in contrast to offerings from other companies :-)

Also: To take care of spam, SpamSieve highly recommended
(http://c-command.com/spamsieve/).

PS: As for the English, try to avoid u for you - at least here, native
speakers sometime feel compelled to correct your casual writing style.
