Okay, like I posted, none of this was easy.

That is the price of using Windows, get used to it.

One last thing before I close out this thread.

Here is a $MS website that gives some added details.

Just be very careful about jumping to any conclusions
from what you read there, because it is written in
typical gobbledygook fashion by a $MS employee.

t.aspx>

Remember, it is not written in a clear fashion
with Mac users in mind.

Presently, I am wrestling with some details
brought up by that website, such as whether
or not to mess around with so-called
"Shadow Copies".

There are pros and cons both ways.

I did not mention Shadow Copies because it is
way too easy to get "bitten" if you rely
on Shadow Copies as part of your backup scheme.

I also did not mention "File Restore", which can
make the backup act like Retrospect, without
shelling out the cash to buy Retrospect.

I wanted to keep things as simple as possible.

Later, if you desire to use "File Restore" and
"Shadow Copies", do so with care; there are
unexpected booby traps associated with them.

Above all, enjoy your new-found ability to
backup and restore Vista Ultimate, running on
a Boot Camp created partition.

One last reminder, none of this Windows crap
is necessary when running Vista from Parallels,
however sometimes the added speed of the
Boot Camp approach is necessary.

(games, dictation app's like Dragon, etc., etc.)
