Err... why?
How do you do this
with Airport Express, comcast cable modem, and OSX?
The same way you do it with any other DHCP system: release and renew the
lease. As DHCP will tend to give you back the same IP that you used to have
(because that's what most people want...) you may have to release the IP,
wait a while, and then renew. If the local Comcast node has a lot of IPs
available, it may be some time before someone else grabs your old IP.
You could also replace your cable modem. The new cable modem would have a
different MAC address, so Comcast would give you a new IP. Of course, you'd
have to tell Comcast that you have a new modem so that they can 'activate'
it, or they'll think that someone's trying to steal Internet access. The
Comcast tech may be helpful and give you back your old IP; that's what the
tech who 'activated' my Zoom modem when I replaced my old, not working
properly, Linksys modem did. As I _wanted_ my old IP back this was a Good
Thing(tm). YMMV. I didn't ask for my old IP back and was pleasantly
surprised. (It didn't last; Comcast flushed the system a few months later,
and everyone in the area had to reboot their modems and got a new IP. I'd had
the old one for two years...)
You could also call Comcast and request a new IP. You'd have to reboot the
modem, and I don't know if they'd give you a new one just because you wanted
it.
