There is no "In article" field. You must be referring to the
attribution line which is part of the message body. If you can
filter based on text in the message body you might be able to
do what you want.
If you can identify the culprit based on a string which always
appears in their Message-ID then you can easily kill all
followups by killing anything with that string in the References
header. Unfortunately it is not normally possible to do this
without getting a lot of false positives.
