On the sidebar of an open folder should be an entry with your
computer's name. It should be the at the top of the list.
Clicking on this should show you a list of all the mounted volumes.
If your network volume is mounted, then
Hold Option-Command
Click-and-Drag the mounted network volume to another folder
This will create an alias of the volume.
You can use the Command-Option-Click-Drag to create an alias of
any file or folder.
