Uh...no. Leave me out of the apologies.

Telling me I'm on the "*** list" and "what goes around comes around".
Who do you think you are?

All I did was ask what was the significance of your saying "MICHELLE
AND MICHAEL" over and over. After asking twice, you apparently
refused to give a meaningful answer,

I was asked, and someone alse corrected your busybody inquiry, which
you apparently missed.

so Jeffery offered his theory that
you were trolling.

And was corrected by Dave Balderstone. This happened a long time ago.

Perhaps I shouldn't have believed Jeffery's hypothesis that you are a
troll.

Jeffrey did not continue to believe it after being presented with a
correction. He did not use my silence as an excuse to entertain the
illusion that the guy criticizing Apple's mice and keyboards *must* be
a troll.

Yes, Jeffrey did exercise independence.

And maybe if I hadn't ignored the remainder of replies to this
thread until today, I'd have seen that Jeffery was wrong earlier.

But you were wrong as well. If you call someone an *** (publicly
or privately) and then find you were wrong, you don't say "I won't
apologiize because I had incomplete information which I should have
had", you say "I'm sorry, I had wrong information."

Regardless, no, I'm not going to apologize to you - especially
considering the outright rude way in which you responded to the nice
folks (myself included) who offered friendly advise about how you can
better make test posts to usenet.

I didn't respond to them, I responded to you after you e-mailed me.
You sure like going to bat for people without their solicitation.

Remember? You sent an e-mail to my address, and I replied to YOU, just
you. You're a busybody, probably think you've earned the right to be.
If someone is annoyed by a single solitary message to usenet that says
"test", then ***, they're about likely to be annoyed by anything, so
*** em! What reasonable person would disagree with that?

I didn't call you any names in my response, I simply said that's
*their* problem, and boy was I wrong: It's you're problem, too.

Besides, posting a test isn't being rude, making an issue out of it
and pretending you're being "nice" is, considering the amount of
detritus that is on the web and routinely filtered out on a daily
basis by all the big boys and girls. Everyone else ignores the things
that for some reason make you want to pop off.

In fact, speaking of that - how about you just take your own advice and
"just ignore it if you don't like it"?

You know the answer to that already.
