Name an ISP that tells their customers a zombie will be disconnected
from the Internet without warning. As gatekeepers, ISPs bear the
responsibility of controlling their traffic, and far too many are
concerned about malicious *incoming* traffic and don't care at all about
malicious *outgoing* traffic. MS might have created a piss poor OS, but
its the ISPs that allow them to pee in the pool.
