working with two computers?

In a month or so I'm gonna get a Macbook Pro (2.33, or 2.4)

This going to be a whole new adventure. It's gonna change
the way i do things and think about everything.

My mind is reeling with possibilities.
Of course i would like to access my entire system (media and
apps) from off site.
And I've never worked with two monitors before.

I'd really appreciate your thoughts on how i can use this
system... anything you think might be helpful.
