I Tech support got back to me (in about 45 minutes or so), gave the way
to synchronize the receiver and the mouse, which worked. The really
interesting thing, to my way of thinking is that volunteered that if
their suggestions did not work, they would send me a new one since it
was still under warrantee. How cool is that?
