Interesting. You might try simply installing the latest version of
their software for the mouse. I'd go to their web site and download the
latest from there.
Tried that and did not work. I went to the second suggestion and
e-mailed Tech Support. I'll probably root around Best Buy over the
weekend to see what a new mouse costs which will be one of the major
parts of the decision on long I want to play with this...
