Re: Shell Script or AppleScript?

I'm working on a project and wondering how you would approach this
problem. I need to copy a daily build from one machine to 3 different
machines. The script will need to take the latest file and post only
that file to the other machines.

<snip>

Ideally, when the build is posted, it would be nice to just drag the
build onto the shell script and "just work". Is this possible?

There's a nice tool, "Platypus", which builds an
application from just about any kind of script.
It may be overkill in some cases, but it frees
you from a lot of detail that anyone as old as
I am has difficulty remembering :-)

It comes as a GUI and command line duo. I like
the command line style:

platypus {options} <script_name> <application_name>
