In your newsreader (Forte Agent, which I'm not familiar with) you would
enter the names of all the groups you wish to post to in the
"Newsgroups" header field, separated by commas.

This produces a single post reference (Message-ID) that propagates to
all the named groups. The advantage is that replies in any of the
groups spread among them, and if I read your post in
comp.sys.mac.system and it's cross-posted to comp.sys.mac.misc, for
instance, MY newsreader is smart enough to know I've read it in one
group and will mark it read in any of the cross-posted groups.
