Re-installing

I have a Mac Book pro, and was wondering if there is any thing I should
delete before re installing Tiger. I will choose the "erase and
install" option and was thinking maybe it will still save some
information from the previous install. I am new to this OS and just
want to know if there is anything to do for a really clean install.

Thanks,

Steve.
