Hello,
Our support team will help you if you open a support case with Group
Logic support by emailng support at grouplogic.com or completing the
form http://www.grouplogic.com/support/requestform/
Excuse me for preaching, but I must also recommend that you encourage
your client to upgrade the server OS from Windows NT as soon as
possible because, as you know, Microsoft has discontinued support for
that OS. If they choose to stay with unsupported technology like NT
and old versions of Quark, they'll be asking for more problems of the
kind that you experiencing.
At Group Logic, we will do our best to assist you and your client but
in this environment, we will together face many challenges that would
be eliminated by upgrading. On the positive note, a lot of useful new
features have been added to the lastest software releases. <grin>
Best sucess!

I am working in a small graphic design office and we are running Jaguar
(10.2.4) and Classic on a dozen G4s and we want to upgrade to Tiger,
the problem is our client is running four Windows NT4 servers with an
old version of ExtremeZ-IP (http://www.grouplogic.com) and huge RAIDs
as the file servers for all of us. If we upgrade, even to a higher
version of 10.2 we are no longer able to save from Classic to the
ExtremeZ-IP volumes.
Does that make sense?
Oh and the reason we are running classic is because of everyones
favorite.. Quark 4.1.
Upgrading to Quark 6 is not an option, since they need all of their
files in 4.1... BUT we have other c clients that want to upgrade to
InDesign CS3... so our only option is looking like running two sets of
computers, one with Panther and Classic and the other with Tiger.
Any guesses? Having our client change anything on their side is not an
option.
