Don't. It isn't worth the bits it's made of. This software should be
called "sounds like soap".

If you want a cheap solution, and if there is a section of the
soundtrack consisting of just the buzz, try the noise removal feature of
Amadeus. Try many different settings and see if you find one that is
satisfactory.

Otherwise, if you really want decent noise cleanup software, prepare to
spend much more than $100. Even then you can't expect miracles. m.
