Nikon View 6.2.7 Application crash problem.

Up Front: I have Goggled this till I am dead. I have completely deleted the
application using Finders Find and deleting everything that said Nikon, or
referenced Nikon. I have re-installed many times.

System was recently upgraded from 10.3.9 to 10.4.3.

If I install Nikon View as me, the user of the computer and also allowed to
administer the computer, when I run Nikon View, it crashes.

If I run the installed Nikon View as root, it runs.

I created a new user, test and gave that user permission to administer the
computer. The new user test can run Nikon View with no problem.

I would appreciate some insightful help here folks.
