This is a good question.
I looked around and find a lot of IC's spec's at -35 to +85 degrees C.
So, 145 degrees F is 63 degrees C, so in fact, you may be in the operating
range.
It would be nice to hear from others who use the same tool what temperatures
that they are observing.
