Sorry, I have no ideas how to fix the problem, but despite what Apple
like to claim, ANY computer can freeze up no matter what OS it's
running. With Mac OS X most freezes will be hardware related rather
than software related, but not all of them.
There is no reset button on the new Macs, but you can hold down the
power button for a couple of seconds to turn it off, wait a few seconds
and then push it again to restart the Mac.
