Similar issue:
DSL Line>DSL Modem (with fixed IP)>Airport Express (with fixed
IP)~~~~~~(WIRELESS)~~~~~~~~~iMac
I use Personal web sharing from my iMac but the address it has is
10.0.0.2 as distributed by the AX....
I have been told to use port forwarding of port 80 and this will
allow my personal site to continue to be delivered at the IP address
of the AX...
????
The DNS of 10.0.1.1 will only work if your AirPort unit has DNS
entries from the DHCP server at your ISP. Since your PowerBook was
able
to get online through DHCP I'm assuming this is working out okay -- so
