Go to System Preferences -> Sharing -> Services and ensure Personal File
Sharing is on.

Then go to System Preferences -> Sharing -> Firewall and check to see
that you've opened the ports that use AFS.

When your colleagues select Connect to Server under the Finder's Go menu,
they need to enter this: afp://your.ip.address.here.

If you don't know your IP address, go to this page:
http://www.whatismyip.com
