OS X 10.3

HI everybody,
The iMAc 500 Indigo that our mini NGO uses currently runs on 0S 10.2.8.
We recieved some stuff from one of our benefactors to communicate with
the children we care for. Unfortunately it seems to accept only OS 10.3
or higher.
Does anyone know where we can get a free update? Thanking you in
advance for any helpful advice.
