It's looking for something on the network. A volume? A font?

As you say that, I did have a network share it used to connect to. I recently get rid of the shared volume and the computer it belonged to. How do I disable the mac from looking for that network share? Thanx Dave.

Look in your System Folder for a folder called "Servers." Delete its contents, which should be an alias to a network volume or other item.
