You need to give more info on this... when you say Twisted Pair are you
talking about Cat5/6 cable? Also why are you using a transciever?
These are generally used (in my applications anyway) between 802.3
networks to serial interfaces (medical equipment and similar).

Let us know what operating systems are on all three computers and what
type of device they are all going through (router, hub, switch, etc).
You didn't give enough info for anyone to help you.
