If you are referring to Norwegian, Danish or Swedish, then the words
you are looking for will be close to this (minus diacritical marks):

First menu: Installningar/Indstillinger ("Settings")
Second menu: Sprak/Sprog ("Language")
Third menu: English

Swedish and Norwegian are close to the first, Danish the second. And
the language is always listed in the language itself (ie no matter
what language you select, 'English' appears in English, 'svenska' is
in Swedish, and so on).
