Start with help from within iPhoto, the context may help. But in general
Help isn't very helpful.

Don't have one so I'm not sure but from looking at Apple's site there is
only a jack out. Use a USB audio device.

Okay,

After opening the Disk Image just copy it to wherever you want to put it.
No registry crap or anything like that to worry about on OS X. This should
be a FAQ for Firefox since many ask this question. Many disk images for
installing software will have an image in the background hinting to you to
drag the app out of the image.

Drag them out to remove, drag them on to place them.

You can keep mp3s associated with Quicktime and then you can just preview
them in Finder. That's the quickest way to play individual audio files.
Keep in mind that with 10.3.9 and under doing this slows Finder down
considerably so if you're using Finder in other windows it will be shaky.
Don't know the responsiveness in Tiger.
