Randall, it matters not a bit to me what my newsreader is
popularly known as. All that matters is its performance.
And OE is very good in many areas of Usenet. One of the few
Microsoft programs that is almost logically designed. Sure
there are problems, but Thunderbird and Opera have their
problems as well. Perhaps its because I'm more experienced
with OE, perhaps not. Of course I'm presently using OE 6 on
a PC. OE 5 might be a little archaic. Haven't used it in
years. I look forward to trying others. Too bad Agent
didn't make a Mac version. What do you recommend (that
filters crossposted messages....i.e. messages that are
posted to more than one newsgroup and don't come up more
than once for the reader) for a newsreader?
