Finder application reloads all the time

Hello,
accidentally Finder stops to work correctly - it is loaded, then all
icons at left side of top menu disappear and Finder reloads. Tom menu
is reloaded until some applications started. Control-click on icon in
bottom tray reloads tray, click on top menu when some applications is
started terminates application with error.
I have repaired permissions but it does not help.

Is it known problem?

I will be glad to to receive any suggestions.
