"It won't let me" doesn't tell us much. Do you have a copy of Entourage
on your Mac? Can it read a PC Entourage file?
Can you export your contacts from Entourage to any standard form (like
say vCard or text)? Addressbook has import facilities for these.

An AppleScript script for importing contact information from Entourage,
Outlook Express, Palm Desktop, Eudora, Claris Emailer, and Netscape can
be found in the Address Book Scripts (Library/Scripts/Address Book
Scripts/).
I didn't have Entourage, and my conversion (from Eudora, and from a
Psion PDA) was over a year ago, when AddressBook had fewer conversion
options. However I don't recall it being a major problem.
